McCoy Motorsports introduces the HyperPro Honda CBR1000rr Steering Damper for the 08-09 model years. This listing is for the “top mount” damper kits and mounts using a kit that mounts to the triple tree setup (resistor included for removing the stock bike’s electronic setup). Active (RSC- Reactive Speed Control) Damper System. The HyperPro RSC is the only active valving damper available. As steering speed increases, the internal valving changes automatically to increase the damping effect. This results in a light, easy handling ride at low speeds while still keeping the heavy damping during extreme situations.
