FP Racing warranties its levers against breakage or material defect for the lifetime of the lever! Warranties are non-transferrable; any claims must be made by the original lever registrant. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all shipping costs associated with their warranty claim. FP Racing reviews all warranty claims and reserves the right to decline those it deems invalid. FP Racing is not liable for damage or injury incurred from levers used on a motorcycle or application other than specified. This product is intended for closed course race applications only. FP Racing is not responsible for any damage incurred from improper lever installation and recommends the use of a certified mechanic. The customer agrees to hold FP Racing harmless regarding any liability in personal injury or property damage as a result of any FP Racing product failure.

Replacement: Warranty inquiries can be made to the FPR Authorized Dealer where you made your lever purchase.

• What is covered: If the lever is damaged and is no longer operating as designed, or is no longer operating safely it will be replaced by FP Racing
• What is not covered: Levers that are scratched as a result of proper operation. Example. If the lever blade is scratched but functions properly the blade will not be warranted however a replacement blade can be purchased.
